I am not sure if you think I am a before/after pic that I have posted or not, but I definitely have not gained muscle/look skinnier from that.
By exercising and lifting weights you can gain muscle tone. Muscles weigh more, but take up less space. Eat well, train right.
I want to lose weight so I'm watching my diet. Today I fucked it up because of a birthday of a friend. How bad is it to eat a lot of carbs in the evening but still not getting over the caloric requirement? What do I do tomorrow? Eat less?
Honestly, I don’t know. I’m not an expert on nutrition and don’t feel right giving you info on the carb thing.
As for the birthday situation, it happens. There are some times where you are going to be put in the cake situation. My response to it? Eat the damn cake and enjoy it. One bad meal will not make you gain weight, just like eating one healthy meal won’t make you lose weight.
Treat the new day like yesterday did not happen. Stay in the present and focus on what is happening in the now. Don’t restrict your calories and such just because of yesterday.
